 About Ashley

Ashley is the Founder and CEO of Fail Forward an organisation that helps provide businesses and people with a new perspective on failure coupled with tools and tricks to aid them should they encounter mishaps.

Ashley is an expert on this subject and since 2011 Fail Forward has helped a diverse range of businesses in including governments, funders, Non-Profits.  In turn their work has been recognised by the Harvard business review and McKinsey’s innovating innovation Award. Fail Forwards work regularly receives coverage in publications such as the Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The Harvard Business Review and The Fast Company.

Prior to launching Fail Forward Ashley worked in Cairo with the United Nation Environment Programme and as a Management consultant In Vancouver.

 Ashley is also a contributor to the Globe and Mail Leadership Lab, Public sector Digest and the World Economic Agenda.
